Being a Masterpiece Listing Agent is a truly special experience. I love the thrill of the challenge when trying to secure one of these amazing properties, and it feels great when all the pieces finally come together. Not to mention, these homes are usually absolutely gorgeous and a joy to work on!
Working with the Coordinator of The Masterpiece Collection program, Aliana, is always a treat. We brainstorm all the unique features and amenities that make the property a true masterpiece and work together to create a compelling listing presentation that’s sure to wow the sellers – they have never been unimpressed.
Once we’ve got everything planned out, it’s time to get the ball rolling. I send off a preliminary video to our copywriter, and we start developing a comprehensive marketing plan for the property.
Of course, there’s a lot of work that goes into making it all happen. We curate a multi-media marketing plan befitting a Masterpiece. We assign a Masterpiece Marketing team including photographer and videographer to conduct a professional photoshoot, including videography, 3D scans and floor plans. We work hard to create proprietary marketing pieces that really showcase the property’s unique features and amenities, as well as personally invite agents and brokers to our Initial Open House to come check out the property and enjoy a little lunch on us.
On a monthly and quarterly basis, we run full reports on activity and feedback that is shared with the homeowner so they can fully understand what is going on with their home. It’s a lot of work, but it’s always worth it in the end.
Overall, working as a Masterpiece Listing Agent is one of the most rewarding experiences I’ve ever had. It takes a lot of hard work and coordination, but there’s nothing quite like seeing the smile on a client’s face when they finally sell their amazing property.
