As the coordinator of the Masterpiece Collection Program at Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty, my days are filled with excitement, let me take you on a journey through a typical day in my life.
7:30 am – I wake up and start my day with a cup of coffee. I spend some time relaxing and getting ready for the day.
9:00 am – I arrive at the office and sort through my emails, responding to any urgent requests from our agents. I work closely with our team of agents to ensure that each listing is of the highest quality and meets the criteria of our Masterpiece Collection Program. This involves reviewing photos, videos, and all other marketing materials for all our listings to ensure they are up to our standards.
10:00 am – I meet with Katherine, our Chief of Marketing Operations, to discuss upcoming campaigns for the Masterpiece Collection Program. We brainstorm ideas for our open house tours, digital magazine, and upcoming advertisement opportunities. We review analytics from previous campaigns and discuss strategies for reaching our target audience with the upcoming placements we have.
12:00 pm – It’s time for lunch, and I take a break from my work to enjoy some time with my co-workers. I use this time to recharge and catch up with my colleagues.
1:00 pm – I spend the rest of the afternoon working on various projects, such as creating marketing materials, coordinating with outside vendors, and training new agents on our Masterpiece Collection Program.
Walk through a typical day when launching a new listing with me!
When a new Masterpiece listing is launched, custom marketing materials are created immediately – the listing is added to the exclusive website for the Masterpiece Collection Program, just-listed mailers are sent, the digital brochure is uploaded to Issuu, the listing is featured on our social media pages, and an e-marketing announcement is sent out to top brokers locally and internationally.
As we continue through the listing launch process, we ensure that your property is syndicated to all of the major real estate websites, including LuxuryEstate.com, Barrons.com, SIR.com, DanielGale.com, MansionGlobal.com, MasterpieceCollection.com, and many more!
As soon as our new listing is up and running, we start reserving our digital and print opportunities, some of which include RESIDE Magazine, Sotheby’s Magazine, New York Times Takeover, Wall Street Journal, Financial Times, Robb Report, Sotheby’s Selects and many more!
Finally, we submit the property for “extra love” through our global real estate partners at Sotheby’s International Realty. From this, we receive incredible international exposure. We have had exposure for our properties on Architectural Digest, Forbes, Daily Mail, etc.
From Just Listed notices to our quarterly magazine, I ensure all our Masterpiece Collection properties have the attention and love they deserve.
5:00 pm – I wrap up my work for the day and head home. Before leaving, I check my emails one last time to ensure that all urgent matters have been addressed. I take some time to relax, spend time with my family, and recharge for another busy day tomorrow.
