all and singularly the premises described in the said hypothec, namely: All the same land and premises, which were transferred to John N. Viehmann and Samantha L. Bigue by deed of guarantee of Gregory W. Vom occidental 4. January 2012 and recorded in volume 702 at page 498 of the City of Colchester Land Records, and described in more detail as follows: Given that all of the same lands and premises have been transferred to Elaine E, Ducharme by Dalton Drive Neighborhood, Inc., dated May 11, 1993, recorded in Volume 216, page 259 of the City of Colchester Land Records and further described as follows: Unit 407B of 407 Condominium, Dalton Drive, Fort Ethan Allen (the “Unit”), numbered and described in more detail and represented on the Declaration and the plans contained therein (including the floor plan recorded in the map slides on pages 300 and 301 and attached as Exhibit C to the Condominium Declaration indicating the location of all residential units) in 407 condominium, Dalton Drive, Fort Ethan Allen), as well as an undivided interest in common areas, as described in the statement. of Donald Hamlin Consulting Engineers, Inc. The said Boundary Plat is listed on slide 281 of the City of Colchester Land Registry Map. This includes an easement and right of way common to others at the location indicated and represented as Dalton Drive, insofar as they are located in the City of Colchester, Vermont, depicted on a map dated July 24, 1989 as “Dalton Drive” and recorded in flat volume 11 on page 20 of the City of Colchester Land Records. until such a road, if any, becomes a public highway.
